CP Time

Good afternoon, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received today at your shop. When I came in, my watch was working perfectly fine except that the battery had run out. I chose to replace the battery at your shop because I trusted your service. However, after the battery was replaced, the LCD display of my watch became damaged. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff who handled my watch. After replacing the battery, she simply returned the watch to me without explaining that there was already an issue with the LCD. When I noticed something was wrong and repeatedly asked for clarification, she initially responded in a dismissive manner and mentioned that the watch was "cheap" and that the background was torn. I found this comment very inappropriate and disrespectful to a customer. I also noticed that watches which appeared more expensive were handled much more carefully, which made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. Eventually, after I insisted on an explanation, I was refunded RM18 for the battery. While I appreciate the refund, it does not change the fact that my watch was working before the battery replacement and became damaged afterwards. I still have the receipt as proof of the service. If the watch is considered low quality, then it raises another concern because the battery and service were provided by your shop. As a customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and proper handling of my item. Overall, I am very disappointed with the way this situation was handled. Thank you.

Entah lahhh.Dulu tukar batteri jam gshock , then masuk air. tunggu sebulan konon. jangan guna. dah mau satu tahun tak guna pun sama. masih masuk airrr. dua kali pergi sana. bikin makin rosakkkkk

Bought a Swiss watch here in 2019, quality is absolutely great, worth the price... 5 stars for the product

The staff is not friendly at all. Nobody serve me when i come.
