It was such a pleasure meeting and dealing with Mr Song! Their prices are extremely reasonable. I recently started watch collecting again and surveyed all the watch shops within Miri city. In my opinion, Wing On is the most equipped watch store in the city and has the most hands on experiences. As an engineer, I can also testify that the tools and equipment he used are also of quality. I recently sent 3 watches for regulation/service and is very happy with the end result. Unlike most other stores I’ve dealt with, they are only comfortable working with quartz or newer automatic movements. Mr Song on the otherhand posses a wealth of knowledge and experience and was not shy to share them.I will be sending several other older watches (over 20 years old) for him to work on. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Wing On for all your watch needs (either purchasing or reparing). Don’t let this hidden gem fade.

Went to get a strap and batteries replaced for four watches. The boss was friendly, helpful and efficient; did it on the spot while I waited. Price was reasonably too. Thank you; will be back.

I sent my automatic watch for recalibration and left it for 2 weeks. When I returned, the resin strap was broken. It was an older strap but i tried to twist, pull and fold it to break the remaining strap but I couldn't rip it. It must have gone through a poor storage to have it ripped into 2. But the service was good and calibration work was accurate. Service was good but their handling and storage of customer's pieces is questionable. Thankfully it was a cheap strap that was broken.

Went there today to get my watch waterproof seal replaced. it took less than 20 mins. good service, will probably send my other watch over there for servicing. thank you
