TreeO Condominium by Hunza

Newly built and occupancy seems to be moderate.the location itself is on the hill side which is quiet and away from the heavy traffic. Road accessibility wise is a bit unsure. There is only ONE road to this condo.

This building has a serious Charlie Ants / Rove Beetles problem which the owner and property agent did not reveal when they rented out the house (intentionally). Now my children suffer skin discomfort every now & then. Be careful, don’t buy sub-sale or rent here unless the previous owner install netting for you. Unfortunately we encounter dishonest owner.

I live here and its fine and great but there's too much insects and Charlie ants everywhere no other problems.

Peaceful location with affordable house price. Neighbours are cooperative and understanding. Unit workmanship and finishing is mediocre. Overall a good place to stay for people who wants peace. Not the most convenient place for commercial activities such as market, foods and shops are still quite a distance from the location for now.

Residents from block B need to park in a different block, which requires the driver to navigate several turns and makes the parking process lengthy. After parking, it’s necessary to take the lift from building A1 up to the facility on the 13th floor, and then walk to the third building to access another lift that leads to my apartment. Overall, it takes me about 15 to 20 minutes from the entrance to park and reach my place on foot. When I asked management if a change could be made, they simply stated that they couldn’t do anything because that’s how the architect designed it. Management dismisses requests without consideration and even responds in a sarcastic manner. It’s unfortunate to say that I regret purchasing from Hunza.
