加入vip 说24小时towing 打电话打了很多通 一通都没有接 这个是24小时？ 要救命的时候 人都没了咯😅 真失望😅😅

I hired this company to take on the task to tow my bike back from JB to SG and all I can say is that they're fantastic and professional on the job Prompt replies and updates, punctual, very clear and transparent with their instructions and pricing I was dealt with super friendly and easygoing staff down the board (admin and drivers) I got another company to do the same job the other way round of the route and they were nowhere near Sin Mah in terms of work performance Super satisfied and highly highly highly recommended Well done boys! 👍🏾🤝🏾👏🏾 5 stars cos yall deserve it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My bike Broke down last night in SG.. Your staff, LC is very friendly helpful n cool guy.. He makes the things easier for me.. tow my bike to my preferred workshop in Kempas..Sin Mah already rescue me 3 times in 2 years in Singapore.. On 7/9/2025 0744am, I activated towing service. At first, everything sounded promising – customer service replied fast, said the bike would be collected in Singapore and delivered to JB the same afternoon. At 627pm, I received a photo confirming collection. At 632pm, I was told the driver had already reached customs and would arrive around 7/8pm. By 839pm, still no news. When I called, I was told "30 minutes more to deliver my bike." So, we waited outside the workshop. By 951pm, still nothing. When I called again, customer service said they would "check and call back." Instead, I received a very rude call from a Chinese man who started with: "What’s wrong with you? What’s your problem now?" Excuse me—after being promised several times that the driver was "reaching soon" but still didn’t show up, isn’t it my right to check? His tone was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand you want to consolidate bikes and deliver in batches, or prioritize your "VIP" customers. But don’t keep misleading me with "reaching soon" when in fact it took over 4 hours. We sat in the car waiting, wasting time for no reason. Finally, at 11:06pm the driver arrived. According to him, there were only 3 bikes total that day, and he already cleared customs at 4pm. His delivery sequence was Bukit Indah → Rinting → Permas (my location). So clearly, the company knew the timeline all along. Why not be upfront and tell me it would be late, or even the next day, instead of stringing me along with empty promises? To make things worse, on 8/9/2025 (Monday), they realized they had given me the wrong Autopass card (which actually belonged to their "VIP" customer). Luckily, I was still nearby and they came to exchange it back. If you choose this company, be prepared for long waiting times, misleading updates, and possibly rude treatment—unless, of course, you’re one of their "VIPs."

I highly recommend Sin mah bike towing service in town! Coz the staff Ms Gayathri she’s so friendly and the service was great in road show 👏🏾🔥everything is great and settled perfectly! Thanks Ms Gayathri !
