一开始住进来 一切都很好，但是一直有漏水的问题！

Happy with facilities and residence . But unit totaly not happy. Master bathroon midnight time very smelly. If you dont cover wc and bathroom door smell shit till bedroom curtain n bed smell shit. My owner very bad provide air cond can on but off after 10 minitues , pls dont rent here. Unless you keep complain to owner wait wait wait few month contractor repair

Booking homestay kt airbnb...3bilik 2 bilik air...view canteq...level 31...kawasan baru...pemilik rumah ikea lover...rumah simple je tp complete...sesuai utk family trip di penang...

Cozy place to stay. But the guards especially the Chinese lady guard. So rude and unprofessional.

Really nice large condo .. but why the staff are so angry and impolite to the guest/visitor, laa ?? I stay my friends condo here, but so many issue with the guard .. basically harassment every day. I think need someone talk to the building management, because quite unprofessional behavior. If the guard were professional, I would give it 4.5 *... and many other people in Penang so nice.

quite a beautiful condo.. big swimming pool.. with playground for kids.. and also have room for babies to play.. my baby love it.. they also have gym and sauna.. the facilities is good..
