我进去半个小时了都没人理，柜台也没人，很糟糕的体验。

Excellent, except admin staff need to update WhatsApp messages for appointments. Kudos to Margie Francis for world class service!

SUCKS! WORK LIKE A ROBOT. NO EFFORT TO UPDATE/CALL THE CUSTOMER. CAME HERE TO REPAIR MY DENTED CAR DUE TO ACCIDENT. BUT MY CAR ARE NOT DONE 100% DUE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID "KAMI BUAT IKUT QUOTATION SAJA. TIDAK DAPAT BUAT LEBIH". You know what is wasted here? Customer’s time. You know why this thing happen? Because this people work like a rubber stamp. No extra mile to do something eg call customer to inform on the extra charge (if any) due to car condition. But nvm, will not support this branch anymore. Because they are sucks. Also the Sales people. When we ask the question on how to repair the car after accident, he just reply with simple answer (plus late reply) which doesnt help/guide us in details. I hope they may read this and reflect themselve on how to improve their bad service. Sorry, i thought TOYOTA are giving high standard of service as grand as it brand. But nah, to this branch.

Got appointment on 9 am to change 1 side absorber. Until 1.20pm haven’t done yet. And no technician attend the car

I think management should reconsider one thing. Customers time. Most peoples can't come anytime other than the alloted time. If you're out of stock of some stuff, please informed in advance so customer can rearrange the appointment.

Service are very slow.. appointment 3pm, kereta masuk service pukul 4.45... wasting time betul, bg appointment tp blh² ckp queue panjang ni, paling cepat 2 jam...klu mcm tu baik jgn bg appointment date n time, tukar minyak hitam ja pun ambil 2 jam utk buat... Klu walk in Sy faham la kena tunggu lama, tp sudah set appointment kot.. klu ada masalah lain kena set appointment lain pula utk checking saja... Tolong improve sikit pasal timing tu...
