CARSOME Kluang Inspection Center

Poor service I experienced at your Kluang branch: No staff present to attend to customers upon arrival. When I asked about booking an inspection for the next day, I was told the morning was fully booked and that I would be notified if a slot opened. I received no update, yet I later found available slots online myself. Staff remained inside the office using their phones and did not attend to customers. (Please check your CCTV to verify this.) Even after I booked the inspection online and handed over my car key, no one updated me. When I went to check, staff asked if I wanted to proceed with the inspection — which defeats the purpose of making an appointment. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope the management will take appropriate action to improve service quality.

Alhamdulillah selesai dgn mudah..berurusan dgn encik Azlan kali kedua .dulu settle Myvi..,2nd car pula kreta Bezza..layanan para staff tip top dan friendly...penerangan jelas dan mudah di fahami. Staff guide all the way through out the process.. facility selesa..regarding price yg pihak Carsome offer juga still dlm range yang kami mahu as expected.. Thank U CARSOME..U R AWESOME..

Urusan yang mudah. Selama berurusan dengan Cik Ainnur Izzah, semua berjalan lancar. Harga trade pun boleh dengar. Asalkan kereta terjual dan masih dapat pulangan pun dah memadai. Terima Kasih Cik Ainnur, in sha Allah kita berurusan lagi.
