Visited the store for the second time because I previously had a good experience buying watches there, so I expected the same treatment. I went today at around 1:20 PM to buy a watch, but unfortunately the older lady working there was very unfriendly. When I asked which watches were around RM200, she simply pointed at the Casio display and gave me an annoyed look, as if I was wasting her time. Very disappointing customer service. On the positive side, the younger lady was very accommodating and treated me nicely. It’s a shame the overall experience was affected by the attitude of the other staff member.

Memang tidak la mau masuk sini atau recommend org beli jam di sini. Kena judge pula kita mau pilih & tengok jam di kedai. Dari mau membeli tengok muka pekerja dia terus tidak jadi. Buang masa kamu ja datang sini, org beli mau ada experience yg baik beli di retail. Ini tambah bikin panas lagi. Beli ja online tidak payah beli di kedai ni. Kena layan macam minta sedekah ja kamu
