dishonest and inexperienced staff, Extremely bad customer services at sunway pyramid! every time went to the shop, they will tell you today is the last day of promo, pls dont believe whatever they said. Bought a citizen watch and went to extend the strap, now my new watch is with SCRATCHES and the spare strap is broken down into pieces, and YET they wanted to charge me RM10 for this type of services. PLEASE DONT BUY at SUNWAY PYRAMID branch! utterly disappointed to CITIZEN customer service.
