Excellent attitude and service. I brought a beloved almost-20-year old watch to change battery. The lady told me politely that it would be a Swiss battery costing RM80. I was fine with that and she proceeded to change it. After completion, her male colleague returned the watch to me, also in an upbeat and polite manner. Love the warm and positive atmosphere. Wide selection of quality watches and also MontBlanc pens.

A very nice place to check out all your favourite timepieces. There's for sure something for everyone. Friendly staff and a welcoming environment for customer to hangout with watch kaki. One of my favourite hangou spot during the weekend in 1U. Thank you for always welcoming me whenever I do visit.

An elderly staff who goes by 'Uncle Wai' tended to me when I wanted to see a watch in hand. He was an extremely polite and open person, seemingly responding to store goers who looked interested, without any judgement or bias. That played a lot of part in me deciding on my two purchases from the store within the same year. Thank you for creating a comfortable experience for us, Uncle Wai.

Went to change battery for 2 watches. Uncle Wei checked and told us one of the watches no need to change as the battery is still good and only change the other one. We find him to be very honest and we are very happy with his service. Told us he'll be retiring soon. We wish him Happy Retirement and may he stay healthy and happy always.
