The Distributor for Seiko watches in Malaysia, this is their repair and service centre. Very efficient and very helpful. I got my Solar watch battery changed here within 15 minutes. Have been coming here for many years to get my Seiko watches serviced/checked.

Sent my Seiko 5 automatic for a check and service recently. My watch wouldn't run properly. Walked in on a weekday, no queue, a quick check and I was told it probably needs a service. It will take a month and cost RM200. Collected it after a month recently and it worked perfectly. I inquired about when do I need to send my watch for a service again and was told only when it is problematic. My experience with Seiko is a stark contrast to another swiss brand of watch I own who are just out to milk you for money. Glad to have a reliable and fairly priced service center in KL.

The place is easy to get to with as Bukit Bintang Monorail station is nearby. The building name has changed from Central Plaza to Wisma Chuang. The front desk is friendly and provide assistance to get to the floor intended. Thong Sia is at floor 26. Lift is fast and smooth. The customer service here is good. They will inspect your watch first to diagnose its problem before quoting its price. Price, timeframe and workmanship are reasonable. Definitely recommended place to service your Seiko timepieces.
