Purchased a Rolex 124060LN from Lux. The service was excellent — staff were patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Pricing was fair, and the watch was in very good condition. Overall a smooth and pleasant buying experience. Highly recommended.

Picked up a Rolex Daytona from Lux Watch Gallery a few days ago and the whole process was surprisingly easy. Michael greeted me as soon as I walked in, took the time to answer my questions, and let me try on a couple of options without any pressure. He clearly knows his watches and explains the details in plain language, which I appreciated. Price-wise, it was reasonable for a Daytona—still an investment, but no inflated "collector" markup. The watch came with the full set of papers and looks flawless. Overall, a relaxed atmosphere, solid selection, and great service from Michael. I’ll definitely check back when I’m ready for my next piece.

My Daytona Oysterflex was exactly as it was said to be and the price (RM16x,xxx) was good compared with other shops. Michael was very polite and professional in their response during communication. A very happy experience with their service and will definitely be recommended for others to buy from.

Seriously do consider and reconsider when buying from this watch shop. At first I thought everything was good. Not to mention which watch Bought a Rolex from this shop, and when I wanted to sell it off for cash definitely we will go back and ask the same shop where we purchased the watch from. This Michael offered me a extremely low buy back price, pissed me off straight away. I was excepted I can get higher than outside when I want to sell the watch to the same shop. Then I went to Paradigm Mall (Dechrono) and try to ask how much is the resell value for the watch. They offered me a price almost 20% higher than this Lux Watch offered to buy back from me. This is so ridiculous. Better buy from Niko's KonTime, they really shows how they appreciate customer. I can upload my receipt, don't try to say I'm bull shitting If this is how you do business, I wish you best of luck
