Definitely will not go back there again!! When I went to just put in new batteries for my 2 watches, the owner ask me to leave my watches there and come back later to collect. When I came to pick up my watches, he told me my watches require new mechanisms and charged me RM400! You know that feeling when you are bamboozle by a dodgey mechanic? That’s how I felt. Shouldn’t have left my watches with him to put in batteries! I had to pay up or else he wouldn’t have released my watches. Expensive lesson !!
Truly disgusted. Went to fix a second hand that came loose, end up with a watch that stops every few revolutions. Owner refused to take responsibility to fix the new problem he caused. Feel so cheated. If possible, zero star. If anyone can recommend a reliable watch repair in KK, hopefully you are able to contact me.
