I’ve been going to TCL Watch since 2022 and always happy with their service. Changed batteries, repaired watches, serviced my Tag Heuer, Vacheron Constantin, and Montblanc here — along with normal brand watches. all done properly and quite fast. Pricing is honest and very reasonable compared to other shops. They explain clearly what needs to be done, no hard selling. Easy to trust and very consistent every time. Highly recommended if you’re around Ampang and looking for a reliable local watch repair shop.

I brought my watch here expecting a repair. What I got was a masterclass in incompetence, excuses, and time wasted. Ironically, the one thing this watch shop doesn’t understand is time. From the start, communication was a mess. Promises made, deadlines missed, and every follow-up felt like I was inconveniencing them for asking about my own watch. The repair took way longer than quoted, with zero updates unless I chased them like a debt collector. When I finally got the watch back, the work was sloppy. Issues that weren’t there before magically appeared, and the original problem wasn’t even properly fixed. For a place that claims to specialize in watches, the lack of care and precision is honestly impressive in the worst way. No accountability, no professionalism, and definitely no apology. Just vibes and excuses. If you value your watch, your money, or your sanity, take it literally anywhere else. This shop shouldn’t be repairing watches. Maybe wall clocks. Without batteries. One star, and that’s being generous.

I recently took my beloved vintage watch to this watch repair shop for a battery replacement. I was blown away by the quality of service I received. Not only did they replace the batteryeffectively, but they also cleaned and polished the watch, making it look like new. The value for the service was exceptional; it was affordable and worth every penny. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of watch repair.

I saw the review thinking it’s good, went there to shorten the watch’s bracelet. i asked her will there be any scratch later on? expecting an answer like "just a little bit" or even "yes they will be some scratch ", she straight away stand up and said she’s not going to do it, and ask me to go do it myself. i was shocked yet still i smile and talk nicely to her and try to change the topic by asking will she use a hammer or a specific tools to do it, and she replied "you buat or i buat?" i was speechless. She even said that my watch is cheap (it was a gift from my family ) and not worth for me to worry about some scratches, and even asked me to go back and watch youtube on how to do it myself. I thought people grew wiser as they grow older, apparently the old lady is not like that, not sure how she’s able to maintain the business with that attitude. will never go back.Just go to the right side if you want to shorten the bracelet, just Rm 10, friendly customer service and not even a scratch. Maybe the only thing that the old lady can do is talk and act like she’s the best and the richest.
