Korang…. I jujur ya .. when i see "farra"name on the list i terus pilih untuk baju sanding i, sebab nya my designer nikah attire "miroljonit" yang suggest kat jb kalau nak baju cantik pilih la farra. So memang tak nafikan memang banyak pilihan. Dari first appt thru ws pun farra sangat membantu yaa, the best part staff sana i forgot the name orang nya kecik kecik , dia pun membantu saya dari segi size badan saya yang terlampau kecik ni , but she suggest kan banyak design for me. Guess what the dress takperlu alter pun. So 2nd appt which 5 days before my majlis , i terus boleh bawa balik untuk time sanding nanti. Dress jangan cakap la walaupun sewa sahaja tapi very detail tau jahitan dia design dia kemas , guest , cousin family i semua tak lekang mulut asyik bilang "lawa" "naik seri pengantin" "dress veil satu set memang naik seri" cantik sangat i on my big day !!!! So korang mana area JB SG jangan pikir pikir , mana mana ada amik package bridal ke apa lock la terus farrarahim ! Sumpah korang takkan menyesal. I kalau tahu baju nikah i pun silap silap i custom je kat dia . Hahahahahaha takpa lepas ni apa apa event memang i akan checkout w farra je !! Btw Thankyouuu so muchh farra amd team sebab menjahit baju , hidangkan baju yang cantik cantik dengan seikhlas hati. I wish you guys all the best in business tau ! Walaupun korang memang da ada nama , but with orang biasa like me yang bukan well known ppl but you guys still menjaga branding buat kerja seikhlas hati. Thanks again guyss 💗✨

To the staff Eyra, Thank you sebab melayan saya dan pasangan yang masuk air ni🤣 Layanan yang mesra, mudah berurusan. Agak baju rasa tak selesa ke terketat ke masa fitting dia terus pergi adjust baju. InshaAllah bulan Januari nanti repeat lagi untuk Majlis Bertandang Bulan Februari! Eyra standby ye melayan lagi😬 Recommended untuk siapa yang mencari baju pengantin untuk disewa ke, nak custom ke, sini memang on top! I’m writing this review to support a friend who shared her genuine experience here. Her feedback was based on what she personally went through, and I believe it’s fair to acknowledge it objectively. The designs are indeed beautiful, minimalist, and elegant — that part is not in question. However, I feel it’s important to highlight that the concerns raised were based on actual experience, not assumptions: • The comments on treatment and dress allocation were her honest personal observations during her appointment. • Regarding the appointment delay, she clearly booked a 2.00pm slot and was informed there was a client before her, which did not align with her scheduled time. • For the refund, the dress was returned on 9 Nov and the deposit was only refunded on 6 Dec, which is beyond the stated 14 working days. Follow-ups were not done excessively, and communication could have been clearer. The response only came after the review was posted. Feedback like this is meant to help improve service and transparency, not to discredit the brand. Hopefully, future brides will receive clearer communication, fair treatment, and smoother processes.

Pros: Design baju cantik, minimalist Cons: 1. If you are not someone famous, influencer or celebrity they will not entertain you fairly. 2. Expect delay although you had book appointment. 3.You will be given 3 baju untuk try. In case baju first doesnt even fit your size (tak boleh masuk betul2 pun), it is already considered one which is totally unfair. 4. Security deposit refund need to follow up many times. T&C stated 14 working days upon returning. If ada delay, just communicate & reply instead of ignoring Replying to the latest: Item 1&3: my honest personal opinion based on my own experience. Item 2&4: your admin has given excuse that there could be some delay when there was a client before me but i clearly stated that my appt was on 2pm & no other client before me 😊 I didnt follow up daily on the refund(timestamp in full screenshot). The fact that i left this google review, only your team has revert to my inquiry. Returned on 9-Nov, refund on 6-Dec, 20 days. Beyond 14 days, so please correct your statement & acknowledge the miss out.

Wedding saya 3 jan 2026 nii and amik package baju sanding saya dari farrarahim set lelaki and perempuan baju sangatttt bersihhh cantik sangat2 semua puji cantikkk and servis semua tiptop saya tukar baju berapa kali pun dorang assist sangat baikkk lurvee sangattt ❤️❤️
