I went to this goldsmith shop today to sell something and to ask about how to make a loan, and the service was honestly terrible. The girl who attended to me was very rude and not helpful at all. Instead of explaining the process or answering my questions, she acted uninterested, as if I was bothering her. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Good customer service is important, especially when someone is trying to understand financial options, and unfortunately this shop failed in that area today. I won’t be returning based on this experience.
