If there is a 6 stars rating, I would give them! Went there to apply for permit. I didn't have the complete sets of required documents with me. The officer asked us where we were from and I told her KL. Immediately she said if I have the soft copy of the docs, send to her and she will assist to print. She even helped to photocopy mykad too! The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful too! The best service ever! Other government depts should take lessons from them.

menyusahkan kita ulang alik 7 kali masih tak dapat settle , dalam borong permohonan lesen baru tak complate bagi tahu nak document tambahan yang perlu bila kita ikut arahan yang dalam borang dah siap semua mintak pulak document lain lepas hantar balik mintak lagi yang lain . pakai otak sikit nak berapa kali ulang alik the verst goverment staff in bentong majlis Perbandaran Bentong !!!!!

I usually don’t like going to government departments because the service is slow and the wait is long. But this city council really changed my perception — from the security guard to the official clerk, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The whole process was smooth and pleasant, I almost forgot I was there to pay money!

Waktu bekerja hari Rabu pagi 8am-1pm, tapi datang nak bayar kompaun parking pukul 12pm dah tutup sebab rehat, suruh datang petang pula. Typical government servant attitude yang tidak berdisiplin! Dan tolong improve cara payment kompaun, even Majlis Perbandaran Tawau di Sabah pun dah guna sistem QR/online untuk bayar kompaun. Di semenanjung sepatutnya lebih maju. Please improve!

I also extend my appreciation to Mr. Idham for his continuous cooperation, even when communicating via WhatsApp, as well as to Ms. Sarida and Mr. Farid for their swift assistance at the counter. Moreover, all the staff members were generous with their smiles and interacted warmly with other customers, creating an exceptionally positive and welcoming atmosphere. I would like to congratulate the leadership of YH Dato’ Rose Samsul for fostering such a remarkable and distinct experience. The service provided truly surpasses excellence, and it is with great pleasure that I award five stars! May the MPB continue to thrive and excel in its endeavors!
