Who is the boss at here? Is the lady the owner of the shop? Keep on blowing and act like know everything to charge us premium price. The machanic is good but he is not the owner and can't make decision. Butcher shop.

This is a mother and son company, the son is knowledgeable but all the thing in regards to price and payment must go through her mom. The mother is a final decision maker in regards to all the charges. She have no knowledge at all, only bluffing all the way to charge you a premium price. The lady boss aka mother only want money and would find 100 ways to charged you more. Its a profit minded company. I do not recommend to services at here. But if in regards to knowledge. The son aka the technician is knowledgeable but sad case during payment / charges the son have a no say on everything and only let her mom to decide for all. (maybe the shop is fully funded by the lady boss aka the mother).

Good shop good alignment balancing uncle and family friendly checked tyres still ok

Friendly owner, clean/tidy shop. Shared good info on tyres, the readings on his balancing, alignment machine. Accept credit card.
