PJ Eco Recycling Plaza

after I read some of the reviews I decided to also share my feedback. I know the operating hours. but I actually arrived BRFORE 4.30pm on Tuesday. I was on the opposite of the road at 4.26pm. but I already couldn't turn in as the gate already 3/4 closed. since I have my recycling items full on my back seats I thought I tried u-trun at the petrol station, parked at the side and dropped the items in time. when i arrived right in front of the entrance gate it was 4.28pm. as feedback from others, the security staff refused to let me bring the items inside. I kept telling him it was still within your operation hour..why closed gate before the time of 4.30pm ? he kept saying no no no ....what really got me very upset and offended was he said this " KAMU MELAYU DATANG PUN SAMA JUGA " something like this i couldn't remember the exact wording he used. I was shocked and I still told him they should not closed before operating hour. of course i wouldn't waste my time arguing with him. hope the management looked into this serios discrimination act. this is unacceptable and what attitude and mentality is this ? we are all rakyat of Malaysia and living in the same community. I am not really sure the background of this recycling plant..if this is a government agency then they are not serving the community well and efficiently. all staff are paid to do their work. please state your operation hours properly in Google.

The staff is super rude. We unload halfway he saw the foam which he did not want but he continue to take picture of our van and let us continue to unload. Suddenly shout "Ini kita tak nak!" you can just say it properly..No need to be so rude to other people. You do not simply take pictures without our acknowledgement or agreement..would not come back anymore. The guard is super friendly.

-Latest visit: The bald security guard is being awful again. The parking spaces were full, so I parked my car on the side of the building by the mural and entrance. I went out to put my recycling at the drop off point and went back into my car. I haven’t decided where my next destination is, I was still searching on waze/google maps. I wasn’t there for 5 minutes yet the guard came knocking and asking me to leave. I pointed to my phone to show him I was still looking up on my map. He got angry and shouted at me through the window. But I kept ignoring him because of his attitude and our past history. He walked away eventually. There was no new car looking for parking at the time, I was not blocking any one. Based on this place’s past reviews, the security guard has had a few complaints against him. Either he change his attitude or PJ Eco should reconsider hiring a new guard, because he is ruining the place. -Previous visit: The rude bald Malay man working for PJ eco blames me for coming late when your own notice/ instagram doesn’t even write the closing time for raya drop-off. Google writes 4.30pm closing time. I came before 4pm. Specify the correct time next time. You’re wasting other people’s time.

Came twice. One on Saturday and Tuesday. But couldnt get in coz both visits were out of their office hour. Quite frustrated as I brought lots of recyclable clothes, books and electrical appliances hoping to drop off. Lastly I could only donate them to beautiful gates at ss2. I understand mbpj has their concern on working hour, but why can't you just provide recycle bins outside your premises so that we can contribute to mother earth without looking at your working hours?

accidentally arrived here after the recycling centre in jalan bunus inform me that they had close for a break during lunch time on last saturday. the service is quite good and the parking is prepared in their premise, easy to park. the rate for recycling oil is quite low; but no choice just to go with it. some recycling item likes used/old toys been display and some is for sale. I do hope that malaysians will be encouraged towards recycling practice.

very restrictive hours. how do people go when they are working then? 930 to 430pm with no places to drop anything if you come on the wrong day. was told the guard would lose their job if they just let us leave things behind since we were already there. super ridiculous and absolutely don't make sense. its just donation bags, why would a guard lose their job over accepting things a little after hours? I'm not dropping a bomb! found another place to donate our stuff instead. too bad, i came with new clothes with tags, would have been great for you to sell as I'm decluttering. definitely not coming back here again.

I just sent in all the old electrical appliances here. All accepted. A note here..kain/clothes can also be sent here, but the pillow or nursing pillow would not be accepted. They mentioned tilam (mattress) also not accepted. There are a few parking spaces inside the compound. If you want to unload your recyclable items easily from your car boot, you can reverse your car to the left corner near the main entrance.
