Watatime Sunway Pyramid

After sales service is suck. Send my watch go and change Battery; the sales person said need to bring warranty card which i didn’t. I Thought their system have my last year purchase record and serial number will do, ok this i accept. But the guy told me need to take one and half month only I can get my watch back. He seems don’t want to layan me, he give me the impression is like to arrange the watch send to Service Centre is very troublesome for them. I definitely won’t go back this shop anymore, too disappointed with their service.

Glad to have found Mr. Alex from Watatime Sunway Pyramid to replace my TH Aquaracer battery. The new caseback design is different and other shops do not know how to open it. Mr Alex is knowledgeable and was able to carry out the job perfectly! Overall happy with the friendly experience during my visit here. Also they have quite a full range of Tudor collection available to try on at this boutique ❤️

I’m kinda disappointed on your SA service, was inquiring about bracelet removal, but seems he is not interested in this due to not buying. Was interested to get BB for my wife that time for our anniversary, end up ruined my mood due to this attitude. Perhaps your SA only entertain those Asian kids more. Good luck on your business .
