Worst customer service.I reported them that the rudraksha is cracked badly with photo proof but they never respond anything just seen my what's app message.My first rudraksha purchase with a worst seller. Never deserves that one star even 🙏

Their professionalism and customer service was completely impressive to me. The ambiance here is consistently welcoming and comfortable. Besides being friendly, their staff is also highly skilled. I Highly recommend this shop.

They used to be good. But they have a funny rule 'No Children Allowed ' . I think ,if you have such ruling you should allocate proper child friendly area for us to keep our kids. In this day and age it isn't safe to leave kids by themselves. Anyway, they explained the reason for this. However, they should make the place a little bit child friendly . Just my two cents.

Extremely Poor service. Gave 2 lucky numbers for naming our lil one. Unfortunately, those numbers weren't supposed to be according 2 different iyer. Upon the confusion, my husband went over again to get some enlightenment. However, they refuse to even explain. They claimed they are right and shouldn't question them. They didn't even care to explain anything. Such a terrible service we feel.Treating customers as if we owe them. Basically, Rm100 worth of confusion and unclear numerology prediction. This whole thing, Making us question my son's numerology prediction in 2021 now. Not recommended.

Very bad customer service came from far to enquire about gemstone there was no proper information given , the staff was not very friendly.. not much customers in the shop but yet the staffs seems like very busy.

I finally got my Vishnu Durgai statue in Aboorvass. I am very happy with the helpful sales personnel in the shop. Thank you Kannaghee Nathan for patiently answering my questions. Thank you to Menaga for serving me with the spadigam malai. Wish had met Dr. Paramasivam like last year.
