Shout out to Alies for her great customer service. Very attentive to our request and budget. She’s also very friendly. I went to WahChan after getting a bad service from Habib’s SA. i dont want to compare between race but the difference between malay salesperson dengan chinese memang macam langit dan bumi ya. Masuk habib kene pandang macam kita ni mengemis kat situ, layan malas malas. While staff Wah Chan terus bangun masa kami walk into the store and help us. No judgement No side eye. very profesional. I left Wahchan after buying my ring all smiley and defintely go there again. PLEASE GO TO WAHCHAN INSTEAD FOR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Went here with my sister to buy wedding jewelry. The shop assistant was very friendly and helpful. She gave us very good suggestions and detailed explanations about the necklaces we were shopping for. She even let us take pictures of our choices, and was kind enough to give her phone number, should we decide to reserve any of the ones we wanted later. All in all, it was a good experience.
